Your booking will be processed within 24 hours and we will inform you about reservation status. In case of availability, you will receive by email Booking confirmation (further "confirmation"). During the course of 3 days after receiving confirmation, please transfer a payment to given account - amount stated in the Booking confirmation, otherwise the reservation is not binding. Bank transfer details - scanned copy of money order or e-mail notification from internet banking please email by return to info@chatapohoda.sk. In case of deposit, you have to pay, unless stated differently, 50% from the final price. The rest of the contractual sum has to be paid 30 days before arrival date. If the time till arrival day is less than 35 days, you have to pay 100% of the total sum. After the full payment, you will receive by mail a "Voucher", to quarantee you the prepaid services. |

The property has to be returned on departure in original condition. The client is responsible for all damages caused on real property and chattel.

for the whole stay:
if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival 20%
from 29 days till 15 days before arrival 50%
from 14 days till arrival day 75% |
